Large boulder cleared off Hwy 16 in Yolo County

Vehicles traveling along Highway 16 in Yolo County Friday were reduced to one-way traffic control as workers moved a boulder off the roadway. Caltrans said the highway was reopened just around 11 a.m. not too far from Woodland.
